Tom Naum

He is the President of REASOL, a global supplier of equipment and MRO solutions serving the oil and gas sector, where he leads expansion, capitalization strategies, and strategic partnerships across multiple regions.

Mr. Naum has held executive and advisory roles across energy, engineering, advanced materials, and high-technology companies, supporting growth initiatives, joint ventures, and market entry in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. His work has included structuring major commercial agreements, evaluating large-scale investments, and placing new technologies into operational and revenue-generating use.
