Amber Pezan serves as General Counsel for Tower Strategy, bringing extensive experience in international and corporate law. A licensed attorney in Illinois and Virginia, Ms. Pezan began her career serving in both the U.S. government and the private sector before establishing her legal practice focused on cross-border transactions and compliance.

She is also a Virginia-licensed Private Investigator and a partner at Dulles Law, where she advises clients on due diligence and corporate governance. At Tower Strategy, Ms. Pezan provides legal oversight for all lobbying and advisory operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. federal law and international regulatory standards.
