Hamlet Youssef

Hamlet Yousef is a Strategic Partner at Tower Strategy and Managing Partner of IronGate Capital Advisors, a venture fund investing in dual-use defense and national-security technologies. A former U.S. government official with experience in national security and diplomacy, he has worked with multiple federal agencies on issues spanning cybersecurity, counterterrorism, and hybrid warfare.

Mr. Yousef also leads SABiO Global Advisors, a geopolitical advisory firm supporting private clients and government partners on manufacturing, supply-chain, and risk strategies. At Tower Strategy, he advances the firm’s technology and defense portfolio, advising clients at the nexus of innovation, policy, and national security.
