Ambassador Felipe García-Echeverri

Ambassador Felipe García-Echeverri is a Strategic Partner at Tower Strategy with more than three decades of experience spanning law, diplomacy, electoral governance, and international public affairs. He has held senior roles across Colombia, Europe, and multilateral institutions, operating at the intersection of government, policy, and international business.

Ambassador García-Echeverri previously served as Ambassador of Colombia to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the European Union, and NATO, where he represented Colombia on matters of security cooperation, trade, and political engagement. Earlier, he served as a Magistrate and Vice President of Colombia’s National Electoral Council, overseeing constitutional and electoral matters during a period of significant political transition.

In the private sector, Ambassador García-Echeverri was a founding and managing partner of Duarte García Abogados and later advised multinational companies and governments on geopolitics, defense, energy, agribusiness, and regulatory strategy. He has also served as a senior advisor to global advisory firms focused on European and transatlantic affairs.
